Princess Celestia's number one assistant.

Her longest screen time was on the beginning of The Crystal Empire - Part 1...

There are many secondary and background characters who get lots of 'fanart' everyday, may it be Lyra, Spitfire, Dr. Whooves, Octavia,... just one little cameo gave them lots of admirers, yet, there are other characters too...
so this is the beginning of my other "series" The unappreciated characters of MLP, designated for increasing knowledge of existence of these characters.
